Her name is Broomhilda, she was born in September of 2006.
She prefers rye flour but also accepts whole grain and strong bakers flour.
If left at room temperature, feed daily. She can be unfed for a month in the fridge, or frozen indefinitely. A weekly feeding if kept in the fridge is prefered however.
